Domestic Shipping (Mainland UK)
We are pleased to offer Complimentary Tracked Shipping on all orders within the mainland UK.

• Service: Royal Mail Tracked 48 (or equivalent premium courier)
• Delivery Time: 2–3 business days
• Cost: Free
• Requirement: For your security, some deliveries may require a signature upon receipt

International Shipping
We deliver worldwide via Royal Mail International services. Please note that some geographic exclusions may apply.

• Standard Delivery:

Europe: 3–5 business days
Rest of World: 5–7 business days
• Tracking: While standard shipping is available, we highly recommend upgrading to Tracked & Signed delivery at checkout for enhanced security and real-time updates

Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders placed outside of the UK, the recipient is the importer of record and is responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local taxes.

• Compliance: We recommend contacting your local customs office to determine additional costs prior to purchase
• Refusal of Delivery: If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs charges, the order will be returned to us. A refund will be issued minus the original shipping costs and any return fees incurred

Order Fulfillment & Logistics

• Dispatch Timeline: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within one business day (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays)
• Address Modifications: We can update your shipping address only if the order has not yet been processed for dispatch. Please contact us immediately if a change is required
• P.O. Boxes: We facilitate delivery to P.O. Boxes exclusively via Royal Mail
• Inventory Availability: In the rare event that an item is out of stock, we will refund the missing item immediately and dispatch the remainder of your order
• Shipment Confirmation: Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link to monitor its progress

Damaged Shipments
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your parcel arrives showing visible signs of damage:

Refuse the delivery from the courier if possible
If the parcel has already been accepted, please contact our support team at support@fancyli.com within 48 hours with photographic evidence so we can assist you with a replacement or refund
