FancyLi Return Policy: Easy Returns & Exchanges!
Not happy with your order? No worries! We want you to love your FancyLi purchases, but if something isn't quite right, we make returns and exchanges simple and hassle-free.
Returns (within 30 days of delivery):
• Full refunds are available for unused items returned in their original packaging
• You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is faulty or incorrect)
• For international returns, please mark the package as "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid customs charges (any charges incurred will be your responsibility)
• Partial refunds may apply for items returned damaged, missing parts (not due to our error), or returned after 30 days
Refunds:
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days
• If you have not received your refund after checking your bank or card statements, please contact us at support@fancyli.com
Sale Items:
• Unfortunately, sale or clearance items are non-refundable

• Need a different size or product? We’re happy to help
• Email us at support@fancyli.com with your order details and the item you’d like in exchange
